By Far the best Apartments I have lived in. Maintenance is always on top of requests, and work orders. The groundskeepers keep the complex clean, and very presentable. Security watches out for all the residents, and makes my Wife, daughter, and myself feel safe. The Office is very professional, and they have always been very kind and welcomed my family with open arms when we first moved in. Move in was so quick and easy! The paper work was processed quickly and staff was always available to answer questions. This was my first time renting so I was pretty nervous but the staff at Villa de Cortez made everything better. The apartments are in a good area. Grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, and pretty much every type of store you need is close by. Very nice and would definitely recommend.
